    NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

    Rates

Have you seen the online ads for one-stop therapist shopping through tech companies like Better Help and Talk Space? Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? Because it is.

You will get what you pay for. These companies lure in inexperienced, new therapists and unlicensed life coaches paying providers low rates and utilizing unethical hiring practices.

They are known in my profession as the ‘WalMart-Shein-Temu” of mental health care.

I refuse to be a part of this devaluing/dumbing down of my profession, and charge according to my experience, expertise, and case load – I keep my case numbers low to offer QUALITY care vs quantity of clients.

If this matters to you, remember, you are investing in your transformation.

$180 for individual/couples’ initial intake session

    $140 for 45–50-minute individual /couple follow-up sessions

Couples’ work is cash pay only. Insurance does not cover marriage/couples’ therapy

Payment is due prior to each session.

I accept all major credit/debit cards via the HIPAA compliant app Ivy Pay or on my website Payments page.

Debit or credit card must be registered with Ivy Pay app prior to intake session to ensure payment and secure your appointment.

    Cancellation Policy

Please refer to the policy signed during intake. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged.

That sucks for us both. I hate making people pay for missed sessions. Please don’t do that. Communicate with me. It’ll save you money and preserve our therapeutic relationship.

Please contact me for any additional questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you.

Be prepared to leave a voice message if I don’t answer. Chances are, I won’t, as I do not answer calls during sessions.

Ever had a therapist take calls during session? Yes? WTH? That ain’t right. I mean, here you are pouring your heart out and they take a call? Good on you for seeking another therapist. That’s hard. You did the right thing.
